Beneficial Ownership Information Report

Effective Jan. 1, 2024, business owners may be required​ to complete a beneficial ownership report with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) as required by federal law.​​ This must be submitted by December 31st, 2024.

Texas district court strikes down beneficial ownership reporting requirements, stating it is unconstitutional.
